( About two weeks ago I found the little heart shape stone)
I love it when you cast on for a sock and you get to the point where you can actually start knitting.

I admire your knitting so much! My mother is left handed and she said she could not teach me to knit. Funny excuse, but somehow I never learned. I now trade quilts for sweaters with my sisters. Happy knitting!
I am working on a shawl that I had to restart three times. I too love when I finally get it right and can let the knitting begin! Bravo!
I have a couple of those heart shaped stones that I found on a beach in Italy. I like to think that they carry a message.
By now your whole family must have lovely hand knitted socks. Lucky them!
The colours on that house are gorgeous. How about Storm grey green, Mellow mustard and Barn door red?
Take care Lucy.
