Amsterdam by boat

A few days ago we went  for the first time by our boat to Amsterdam. It took us 2 hours sailing from our home port. Which was very pleasant with this beautiful weather.

I can tell you that this tour was so  fun, and I liked it a lot. Take a look yourself. I think the following pictures don't need words.

After a nice tour we went home again.

They are exhausted :-)

And my knitting work....... (socks, a project which I always take with me on the boat)... didn't came out of this pocket. Maybe next time.

ps, I'm also on Instagram

What a lovely day out. When we visited Amsterdam it was a warm, sunny Sunday and there were lots of gorgeous boats out. Very stylish. What is yours like? It looks lovely from the tiny glimpse.

That looks like so much fun. I've always wanted to live along a canal ever since I watched an episode of the television show House Hunter International in which some people bought a house along a canal in Amsterdam. It was glorious on the telly - the views, the boats, the beautiful tall homes. Lovely place, lovely country, Lucy. I really enjoyed reading this :-)

Fijne vakantie!!

What a lovely day trip! I do that with projects too: bring them along only to leave them untouched in their little bags.

Fijne avond,
liefs,
Mirjam
